#636 special symbols in additional search paths

I just installed your recent snapshot 20131201 for 2.6.6.
Now I came across the problem that the log file of my project is not found anymore. It resides in .\tmp relative to the main file. Previously, it was loaded when .\tmp was specified in the options dialog.

With the help of Process Monitor I could retrace that txs searches first in the main file directory, then in the txs install directory, and then it appends the relative path to install dir only, which of course goes wrong in my case.

Specifying an absolute search path works.

    PS: the special chars for filename selection are not resolved in the additional paths section.
