I am using tex studio to write my thesis. I use protext to download mike tex then tex studio. On my previous laptop I manage to set up the glossaries command and it worked fine. However I now have a new computer and the glossaries % isn't working - it comes up with an error saying that the perl interpreter cannot be found. Can someone please help me? How do I get the glossaries package to work?
You are probably using Miktex on windows. The issue is not TXS-related but more generally to your LaTeX environment. See for example tex.stackexchange for solutions:
(Note: Texlive doesn't have these issues).
Ok thank you, I'll try investing these links!
