Did you try to check the "Disable fixed pitch mode"-option at the end of the advanced editor option config page?

Please specify what you mean by "Template context menu can not appear".

The order of template resources (i.e. "User", "Builtin" and optionally additional ones) can be configured via template_resources.xml in the config directory. Within a resouce templates are ordered alphabetically by filename. As a workaround to modify the order, you may number your templates, e.g. 01_...

It's not meant to appear under Special Tags.

You'll find it under Configure -> Toolbars -> All Menus -> Macros

Template manager can not be used

Template context menu can not appear, and I would like user can change the list postions and orders of user defined templates and buid in templates. Thank you!

Quickbuild doesn't trigger save Commit

Not entirely sure whether this is a falsely labelled feature request or a bug report.

Having ticked Options-> Configure TexStudio ->SVN ->Automatically check in after save I expected txs to do the same after a Build&View, which also happens to save the document.
(So the procedures save and svn checkin seem to be seperate).

I tried to make a workaround with a macro:
?after-command-run or txs:///quick
%SCRIPT
app.fileSave(editor.fileName());

But to no avail (first causes crash, i assume it's a loop, and second doesn't execute).

After creating a macro via Maccros ->Edit Macros it doesn't appear under Options-> Configure TexStudio -> Toolbars->Special Tags
