Set the view/zoom to the text width, such that a whole page doesn't fit into the screen. Go to the top of a page. When you press PgDn, do you get the next half of the page, or does it jump to the next page?

In the internal viewer, PgDn/PgUp instead of scrolling the screen like any other application, they jump to the previous/next page.

#1069it scrolls to the next half ...
I'm using TeXstudio 2.8.2 (hg 4644+:7d865db99ef5+) on win 8.1.
The menu option view> next page, says explicitly that PgDown is next page.
okay, i can reproduce it now
the assigned key for "pageDown/up" is "space" and "shift+space"
This should at least be changeable ...
Okay, so how do I change this assignment? I can't find it in the configure shortcuts.
Not sure, however I don't think the shortcuts in the PDF viewer are configurable.
As for the original report, I can't test right now, but there's already been some work in this area:
http://sourceforge.net/p/texstudio/discussion/907840/thread/029f97e8/
and hg 3219 (917ed24bd1fc)
fixed: hg 4663 (c8859852c804)

Thanks. Is there a nightly build (binaries for win8), so I can use this?
Currently not, and I don't have time to build one at least until next week.
