#275 More (clearer) control over document build steps

When building a document more often than not multiple build steps with (pdf)(La)Tex are needed, interlaced with BibTex, makeindex and other tools that can come with packages (such as thumbpdf -> perl thumbpdf.pl for instance.)

As it is now it is not clear (to me) how to do it. Under [build][define output profiles...] some control is possible by using (or not) BibTex and makeindex. The postprocessor tab gives the posibility to add staps but is is not possible to control in which order the steps are taken.

How is it possible to define a build order of:
1) pdfLaTeX
2) BibTeX
3) MakeIndex
4) pdfLaTeX
5) perl thumbpdf.pl
6) pdfLaTeX

Suggestions:
1) Add an extra tab in which a user can specify the sequence of all the specific steps.
2) Add an option to use Makefiles (and use gnu make).

Note: Suggestion 2 is already possible via the postprocessor tab but this is not a 'clean' way of doing things and there is still no control over the first step.

Kind regards,

Andre Steenveld.
