In discussion of http://purl.org/TEI/FR/3585570 , Lou suggested that we might want the ability to specify a model class (and its members) within a specList. Doing this would allow us to keep the Guidelines in sync with specs.
Sebastian wrote on tei-council, "The ability to show a class in a specList already exists, and is mentioned in the ref doc for specDesc. What the effect is, i recall not. If its wrong, can adjust."
Lou wrote on tei-council on 2012-12-28, "My recollection is that this works for attribute classes, but I'm not sure it does anything sensible for model classes. Will check."
I have duly fixed the implementation of "specList/specDesc pointing at a model class"
to do something sensible.
