General: Version of Guidelines should be notes in PDF Properties.

p. 170

"The following section will then" => "The following sections will then"

The word "gaiji" should be glossed on its first occurrence within Chapter 5. Something like "(Japanese term for an "extra character", i.e. non-standard character or glyph)"

p. 175

"a accurate" => "an accurate"

p. 176

The following two blocks should be exchanged (they do not fit the examples):

1)
<glyph xml:id="per">
<glyphName>LATIN ABBREVIATION PER</glyphName>
<figure>
<graphic url="per.png"/>
</figure>
</glyph>

2)
<glyph xml:id="Filig">
<glyphName>LATIN UPPER F AND LATIN LOWER I LIGATURE</glyphName>
<figure>
<graphic url="Filig.png"/>
</figure>
</glyph>

The two bottommost shaded fields should be coalesced.

p. 177

"<mapping type="orthographic">説</mapping>" => "<mapping type="standard">説</mapping>" (see following text)

p. 179

"which may be overwritten where necessary" should probably be "which may be overridden where necessary" (cf. p. 172)

    This one is fixed, along with three similar errors uncovered with a regex, in rev 10099:

    p. 175

    "a accurate" => "an accurate"

    All remaining issues checked and fixed. Leaving the ticket open for a short while in case someone wants to check the way I've included the gloss for "gaiji". If it's still open in April 2012, it should be closed.

    Forgot to say: remaining fixes were in rev 10103.

    No objections received, so closing the ticket.
