Hello Teem Experts, I am trying to use tend fiber (teem-1.9, Windows XP, 32 bit) to perform tractography using command prompt. For test purposes, I used a single seed value (although I am not sure how would I provide multiple seed points). I saved the tensor data with a volume in SCIRun as an nrrd file. First, I used the following command, *C:\Program Files\teem-1.9.0-win32\bin>tend fiber -i fielddata.nrrd -s -0.866 -0.288 -0.2165 -stop len:2.0 -o output.nrrd* With this I get the following error, *tend fiber: failed to create the fiber context: [ten] tenFiberContextNew: didn't get a tensor volume [ten] tenTensorCheck: need data of type float or short* So, I change my field (tensor) data type to double (and float and short) and saved the nrrd file with new name. In this case, I used the following command. *C:\Program Files\teem-1.9.0-win32\bin>tend fiber -i fielddata_double.nrrd -s -0.866 -0.288 -0.2165 -stop len:2.0 -o output.nrrd* With this I get the following error, *tend fiber: failed to create the fiber context: [ten] tenFiberContextNew: didn't get a tensor volume [ten] tenTensorCheck: given dimension is 3, not 4 *Do you have any idea what does this error means? Thanks, Sanket |
