tdbtool.c does not compile with GCC 3.3 because the
string in static void help(void) spans multiple lines
without a \.
Fixes compile errors.

The attached patch (tdbtool.c.patch) fixes a
compiler-specific symptom, but not the cause:
The absolute length of the string constant is too long to
leave this portable code, so I'm attaching a different file
/patch-tdbtool.c) that is used in the FreeBSD ports system
to build tdb on FreeBSD 5-CURRENT (which uses GCC 3.3).
