When a file comand, such as glob, is executed on a
mount point that has "timed out", an error is output to
stderr.

E.G:
% catch {glob *} msg
error error | E: Error setting type "ascii"!
error error | E: Service not available!
error error | E: Not connected!
error error | E: Not connected!
1
% set msg
no files matched glob pattern "*"

    Changing line 32 of ftpvfs.tcl to this:

    set fd [::ftp::Open $host $user $pass -output ::vfs::log]

    should fix this problem.
