Extract to /home/joshi/tclap/tclap/

It looks like the docs/html folder isn't ever created so there is nothing to copy to the install directory.

    Sorry about this. Clearly my autoconf skills aren't what they need to be. I think your problem is because you don't have doxygen installed, which is where the docs/html directory gets created. Anyway, I've just gone ahead and committed this directory and tweaked the clean command, so the directory should always be there.
