If you aren't on the convention lists as well as the GSoC list, you
missed over half of them. :-) I barely had time to stop typing between
reading more mail.

I think Tomasz has last year's, and he had suggestions for what should
be updated (such as our success to date and attending the mentor's summit

We now have two volunteers - Sharon Shaw and Mathew.
Sharon is currently under-utilized (ie between jobs). This might not
last, but in Michigan these days, folks who are office-worker types can
go a while before finding another job.
Sharon will be good for doing the non-technical part of the admin
position, but less good for stuff that requires knowing the area we
play in. She'll have plenty of questions about what needs to be done,
but she'll be good to go out and do it once she understands.
I'd like to make Sharon the admin and Matthew the backup, with the
idea that Matthew writes the proposal next week and acts as GSoC
info go-to for Sharon. That should lighten the load on Matthew's
shoulders and give Sharon the information I think she'll need.
I'll entertain other suggestions, but this sounds like it could work.
