I am missing the "Edit" link at the bottom of several
pages.

    This is nothing to do with the Tcl core (either the TCT or
    the Maintainers.) Contact Jean-Claude Wippler instead

    Uh, oh - somewhere in the world DNS timers are not being
    handled right. Here's the full explanation:

    * the mini.net site was moved to another server today
    * the old server still exists, and serves a read-only wiki
    * the new server has edit links at the bottom
    * all DNS timers were adjusted to make the transfer happen
    worldwide somewhere around 12 noon GMT, Nov 26 2003

    So it looks like your machine, ISP, uplink (don't know which) is
    keeping old information about the old server associated with
    mini.net

    Solution: wait - if it's still wrong in a few hours, please email
    me again.
