Clicking on a task or sub-task and dragging does not move the task to a new location or level in the Windows version. During the drag, a yellow line appears briefly between the two task cells but the task will not budge.

I'm using Windows 7.

I take it back, it does work, after a fashion. Sometimes the drag simply highlights more and more tasks as the drag continues. BUT, if the drag starts very slowly with a left or right movement before moving up or down, the task will move. It is not apparent that it is moving because the task name movement is not animated but when the mouse is released, the task name appears in its new location.

    My apologies.
