#58 save mouse position for each app

As an option:
When TaskSwitch moves me from an app, remember that
app's mouse position.
When TaskSwitch moves that app back to the top, restore
the apps mouse position. Also, if possible, highlight
that position, like the standard Windows ctrl key option.

This could be especially handy moving to and fro
between two apps.

If you could even make it work on other apps when they
do a ctrl-tab, that would be wonderful. I suspect that
is (almost) impossible, though?
