Looks like I am unable to connect to mysql server. I moved my files to /usr/lib. I am not sure of the
functionality or purpose of ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /usr/lib/cgi-bin/ so I did not execute that step. Maybe thats the missing step.

Running Ubuntu 12.04 with mysql, perl. Attempting to start url http://localhost/cgi-bin/co_login.pl start textmine web.

No, restarting TC didn't help. I had to reboot the computer.

Strange; didn't just restarting Task Coach work ? I don't have any outstanding performance problem but I'm not using Windows...

After rebooting my computer, the speed seems better. It's still a little sluggish, but now only about a 1-second delay.

I just updated the TC 1.3.29.6203 after having not used TC for a while. I now notice that the UI seems extremely sluggish. Every action takes about 4 - 5 seconds. For instance, if I double-click on task, there's about a 5-second delay before the task window opens. Same thing opening Preferences, etc... The database only contains a single task.

OK. My own test system is an Ubuntu 12.04 so I hope I'll notice if an upgrade breaks something :)

Hmm, I didn't get the error just now. Maybe restarting my system solved this. I don't have my iPod with me so I'll have to wait to test it at home in a couple hours…
