#314 export to csv results in unreadable files

exporting time efforts to csv results in a garbaged file. it is unreadable to any office app. renaming it to txt, shows it doesn't even contain characters. :-/

    I assume you are on the latest version of Task Coach, is that right?

    That's correct; I'm using v1.3.22

    I committed a fix. Meanwhile, when selecting the columns to export, make sure the total times and weekdays are NOT checked if you're viewing effort details (as opposed to efforst by day/week/month). You can also download the latest build including the fix from http://www.fraca7.net/TaskCoach-packages/latest_bugfixes.py
