#1287 Focus issues with Windows 7 and task window

Steps to reproduce:
* Run TaskCoach on Windows 7.
* Open a window to edit a task.
* Select the description tab.
* Use Alt-Tab to switch to another application.
* Use Alt-Tab to switch back to Task Coach.
Expected result:
* Focus is in the description field as before.
Actual:
* The main window of Task Coach has focus.
