Hi,
I can't replicate this on Windows 7 with Task Coach 1.3.17.
Please describe exactly what you mean with "effort is lost"?
Thanks, Frank
Hi,
thank you for the reply ^_^
"efforts are lost" means that the are deleted by task coach, and the undo action (ctrl-z) can't reload it
now my previously attached file work even for me, so I've make a video of the file that works (01 - efforts_correct.avi), and a video where the bug is shown (02 - efforts_bug.avi) and the related file (02 - task_coach_bug_video.tsk)
thanks in advance,

I still cannot reproduce this, even when using your task file (02). When I do the same steps as you in the video the efforts are moved as expected.
Please attach your TaskCoach.ini file to this bug report. Maybe there is something in your settings that contributes to the problem.
Thanks, Frank
can't find TaskCoach.ini (""save in the same directory..." option enabled in Edit -> Preferences -> Files and notebook rebooted but nothing change)
I think could be a connection with the artifact ID 3555171...
indeed in my notebook the bug it's always reproducible with the new anonymized file in the attachment, and using other files after the bug is shown in that file...
EDIT: the bug still permain in the 1.3.18 version
Last edit: w3b5urf3r 2012-09-17
the new ID of artifact 3555171 is #1218
original file in wich the bug appears
the bug still permain in the 1.3.19 version
i confirm that the bug appear when there are more than 5 efforts.

Revision 5666 should fix this. See http://www.fraca7.net/TaskCoach-packages/latest_bugfixes.py in case you would like to test the fix.
Thank you Frank, seems that all works correctly now :D

Thanks for checking.
