This bug only occurs when specifying a file name on the
command line, right? Not when selecting a file through the
    file open dialog?

    Cheers, Frank

IIRC it happened when I double clicked on a tsk file in MS
Windows Explorer, but I guess it's equivalent to using the
command line. I'm on holidays for the moment and I don't
have access to an MS Windows system so I can't confirm nor
test when opening the file through the file open dialog.
I'll let you know next week how the bug does occur.

Meanwhile, I did some tests on Linux (Debian/sid) and the
problem does only occur on the command line or through
Nautilus, not with the file open dialog.

OK, double clicking on a .tsk file in the Explorer does the
same thing as providing the file name on the command line,
so that makes sense. In the mean time, I think I fixed the
issue, so please check out release 0.59 when it becomes
    available later this week.

    Thanks, Frank

This bug should be fixed in the latest release of Task Coach. Can
you please install the latest release of Task Coach and confirm
that this bug has indeed been fixed? Thanks, Frank

I tested version 0.59 on Linux (Debian/sid) and the problem
doesn't appear anymore. Thank you very much :)
