#713 History IDs on 64 bits

The db history ids are unsigned 32 bits values. For heavily used database, when one
of these ids becomes greater than 4 294 967 295 (!) it corrupts the database.
Fixed in SVN (ids on unsigned 64 bits all along the chain)
Warning, this requires change in the db server but also in the db schema. A db update
script will be provided in next source release distribution
