#2 Disabling cookie based session managemen

Is there any way to diable the disable cookie based
session management in the jo! server? On Mac OS X
the only way to properly maintain session state for
applets communicating back to the server is to use URL
rewriting exclusively. jo! will only allow for URL rewriting
if the browser won't accept cookies.

Currently there is no way of turning cookies off. I will add it to
the list of wanted features. We will allow it in a future version.
