TagSmelter - Alpha v1.6.4 (r23) released

TagSmelter is an Audio File Renamer which renames your music based on their tags.

A fairly minor update, mostly a clean up for the release of a binary.

- Added a line showing you what tag you're adding in the "Enter a tag" dialog.
- Fixed a bug which gave false-positives which would force you to enter a tag that was already there.
- Some UI tweaks.
