SynergyKM

I have SynergyKM running on a dell w/ vista as the client and a mac mini w/ leopard as the server.  I have a microsoft intellipoint mouse, and none of the extra buttons work on the client side.  I have the intellipoint software installed on the mac and the buttons seem to work there.  Unfortunately they dont work on my vista box, and it is driving me nuts.  Please help.
