SynCE 0.13 released

Synce 0.13 has just been released. Mostly this is a bug fix and
tweaking release, with a few exceptions. Changelogs and subversion
logs have the details, but here's a summary.

libsynce:
Some bug and build fixes; improvements in handling
more unusual character encodings

librapi2:
Command line tool improvements, particularly in pls;
python binding improvements and fixes; improvements
in handling more unusual character encodings

librra:
Extra checking for safely building python bindings;
improvements in handling more unusual character encodings

synce-hal:
Many improvements to initial connection framework, better
error checking, new python serial script, universal config
file with very important log level option !; improved
bluetooth support; bug fixes, including correctly closing
fd's passed to clients

sync-engine:
Some appointment fixes; minor bug fixes; improved handling
of passworded devices, including option to let another
app handle the unlocking process entirely

odccm:
Correctly close fd's passed to clients; dbus permission fix;
NB odccm should now be considered fully deprecated in favour
of synce-hal

synce-gnomevfs:
Mime type recognition for Pocket Word & Excel; improved
handling of data cards etc; character encoding fixes

synce-gvfs:
Mime type recognition for Pocket Word & Excel; improved
handling of data cards etc; character encoding fixes; build
improvements
NB gvfs support is still slightly awkward since the main gvfs
libraries etc have no provision for 3rd party plugins,
please read the README

synce-trayicon:
Better behaviour for a system tray app, including replacing
all message dialogs with notification messages, and being a
'passive' password provider, left click now brings up a
password dialog; monitor for dccm's; added desktop and
autostart entries; bug fixes, character encoding fixes

synce-kio-rapip:
Mime type recognition for Pocket Word & Excel; added synce:
as a protocol, rapip: should be deprecated for consistency

kde4-kio-rapip:
Mime type recognition for Pocket Word & Excel; added synce:
as a protocol, rapip: should be deprecated for consistency

synce-kpm:
Allow for unmounted mount points when scanning file system
free space

orange:
Improved error reporting and checking in orange command line
tool
