It uses fairly self explanatory EDL 's though, and I' m sure Paul Davis will explain the format if its not clear. From memory (my machine at work won't run ardour) the multitrack disk format is a directory of mono float streams + the edl files. Storing multitrack data as multiple mono files seems to be the only way of dealing with them efficiently anyway. I can check this tonight if you want. > >N.B.
