Batch processing is great, however I am a fan of
keeping apps modular to avoid bload,
Why not just have sweep accept command line arguments
to perform operations on files?
It could end there, however people who didnt know how
to make shell scripts would still be at a loss SO...
Write a little gtk app (distribute it as a part of
sweep) that has all the features you could ever want in
a batch processor and have it execute sweep with the
desired commands, having sweep and the batch processor
as seperate apps would also be nice because the batch
processor would not stop if sweep crached, it could
just keep going, or even try the openation for a given
number of attempts, before going on to the next.
I think this would make sweep a more powerfull app
without any bloat.
