Using irrlicht's GLES port seems unlikely at this point, since our render engine has significantly diverged from irrlicht. I am not an OpenGL ES expert though, but from what I read on the internet, it shares quite a bit with OpenGL 3, which is good news since our new render engine uses OpenGL3. So maybe a GLES port would not be that hard to do. But for now there's no concrete plan, it's all speculation

I'm afraid doing that is impossible. You can't really emulate a complex
api on restricted hw, only the other way would work.

So getting STK on a Pi would require a GLES port.
