Hello Bernhard, it is great that sue runs on your Ubuntu 10.04 system now. :) I have to take a closer look at the problem with the braille output. The other is probably easily solved. It works for me, so I think it is only a matter of changing some gnome settings. Please go to System/Einstellungen/Erscheinungsbild. There you find a page tab with the name Visuelle Effekte. Set these to keine and the keys should work again. There is another way to gain the keys again. I will explain the cause of the problem and ways to solve it on monday. When i quit sue and start Orca, I can do this again. > Now the second observation, which is not connected with sue, but with the new Gnome 2.3 shipped with ubuntu 10.04: I can no longer use alt-control-tab to navigate between the various edge panels. More precisely: If I open the application menu with alt-F1 and close it with Escape, then I am on the Desktop, but alt-control-tab does not have any effect anymore, which means that I cannot get the icons for important applications - firefox and so on -, or the buttons to switch off the computer. > Any comments to both observations would be most helpful. > > With kind regards, > Bernhard > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > _______________________________________________ > SUE-list mailing list > SUE...@li... > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/sue-list -- Ramona Bunk SUE: Screenreader & Usability Extensions http://sue.sourceforge.net IT Science Center Rügen gGmbH Circus 14 D-18581 Putbus Telefon: +49(0)38301 8829-69 Fax: +49(0)38301 8829-59 E-mail: bu...@it...
