#19 Prevent Ability To Have Admin Access To Open/Save Dialog Boxes And To Spawn Child Processes

Hello! I'd like to suggest that SudoWin offer the ability to:
1. Prevent admin access through the Open/Save dialog boxes from allowed applications since this can be used to potentially make changes to files/folders that a non-admin should not normally have access to.

1. Prevent child processes from being created to bypass the non-admin permissions.
