I am using STXXL vectors. I am doing a very basic implementation where I use 4 vectors to hold data that will eventually get sorted. It works great. Where regular std vecotrs throw memory exceptions, the stxxl works beautifully. However, if I run multiple instances of the program, I get errors, which does not happens with std vectors. Is there a way around this? I have been searching through the examples and the forum, but can't seem to find a similar issue.
What errors. Be more specific.
If you are running multiple instances in parallel, they *may not* share the scratch space defined in the .stxxl file
