Inspiration: Windows Desktop Search indexes the
content scanned tiffs which have been OCRed using a
program which comes with Office called Microsoft
Document Imaging. This program lets you OCR a scanned
document, and the resulting text is somehow linked
directly to the image, so that when you hit CTRL+F and
enter a phrase, the text in the actual image is
hilited.
