One big pack after the tournament sounds good to me.

Why not just make one large pack of all the entries after the deadline?
That way, we wouldn't have to seed a bunch of different torrents.  Or we could make one big pack and split it up into like five parts, and make "brackets" like the rest do.

I'll try this and see how much work it is to maintain a bunch of small torrents.  From numbers I've seen of Podcast downloads though, if there's an HTTP option the vast majority people will choose that over BitTorrent even if they already have a BT client installed.

Hey,
Why do we have a 5mb size limit when we have BitTorrent? The rest of the bemani contests out there have used BT to distribute the files, and that will save us a headache as far as bandwidth goes.  I've got a tracker for my stuff we can use, or we could put one up on stepmania.com.
I know some people can't/won't use BT, so HTTP should always be an option, but BT should be the primary method.

PS: And we can have IRC distrobution.  I've got the facilities all set up.
