We plan to release Stellarium 0.13.0 around July 20.

There are new strings to translate in this release because we have several new plugins and features, and refactored GUI. If you can assist with translation to any of the 132 languages which Stellarium supports, please go to Launchpad Translations and help us out: https://translations.launchpad.net/stellarium
