[Stellarium-pubdevel] Release 0.9.1 is done

The release of 0.9.1 is more or less compete.  The sourceforge tasks are 
done, and the English version of the web site front page has been updated.

Remaining tasks and their status / allocation can be found on the release

After adding the new download items, I waited a few hours for the sf mirrors 
to be updated before adding the news item and changing the download link 
versions, but even before I did those updates there was a big spike in 
downloads, and we had our first bug report...
