Further to the last. I built the telescope module 5075 and the Telescope_server program in Linux. The TelescopeServerLX200.so worked correctly and drove the telescope as required so the problem is only in the Windows version of TelescopeserverLX200.exe

That 5075 has not fixed the LX200 TelelscopeServerLX200.exe. It still does not drive the telescope but it does drive the screen and the logfile shows some response. I think you are on the right track it is something to do with the serial port control. It may not affect the Linux version I will test that later.
 
However the TelescopeNextstar.exe appears as though it may work now as the screen indication when used with my batch file looks the same as the early build.
