As an astronomer, I think it would be good to have an option to display multiple stars using an icon if their separation is too small to display (i.e. less than 1 or 2 pixels). Then as the user zooms in the stars become separated as one would expect by "zooming in" with a telescope. Similarly the label could also change from "zeta1 Ant A/B" to two labels "zeta1 Ant A" and "zeta 1 Ant B" as the resolution (arcminutes per pixel) increases.

I'm not sure how easy that would be to implement?
