I'm afraid that since the guide got linked from the stellarium site, my traffic has jumped quite a bit, and I'm now over-quota. It's mainly beause the single large PDF file seems to be what everyone goes for...
Would it be possible to move at least this file to the official site? If so, how can we do it?
You seem to have CSS turned off.
Please don't fill out this field.
I've uploaded the pdf on the Sourceforge server, so you can take down your file. I also linked to http://porpoisehead.net/mysw/ so people can still have a look around, but the load isn't as heavy. Is that OK?
You didn't run into any monetary penalty, did you?
[after hectic xmas break]
OK, that's great. Where is the file so I can make the link (I didn't find it yet).
I don't think my hosting co. are going to be too heavy - It's Christmas after all and I'm not massively over quota - it'll only be something like 130% of the limit by the end of the month.
It's linked from the spotlight box on the front page:
Aha, got it. I changed the link on my page to point at that copy too, although I'll keep the original on my host in case anyone has linked it directly from another site. It might be better to have the general link pointing at:
since people following the link from stellarium.org probably aren't so interested in my other projects.
