Having real names in the reports is a good idea. But ultimately I would like to have more then just names, maybe also an email address and a web link. Getting the data from a passwd file also seems fairly arcane. I don't think the patch is a solution to the general problem at the moment. Maybe get the information from a Maven project.xml file?
