On a 4 node UP cluster, I started 2 loops doing parallel kernel makes.
One was running on node 1 and another on node 2 with loadleveling turned on.
It ran about 17 hours before it ran into a deadlock. The deadlock was
caused because the icsprio field was not getting cleared. This has now
I did notice that the make -j option fails when building dep,
I dont really know why yet, any ideas? So for now, i only use make -j6
option for bzImage.
However, cc's, sh's and even some high level makes that dont do CLONE_VM
were migrating off to the other 2 nodes.
I will start to test again and see if i run into any other problems

I saw this behavior before, but using distcc to build the kernel. Seems to be
some sort of race condictions that makes make dep fail... there are values of
-j that works and others that dont!
