Recently Laura sent an e-mail that the load-leveling API would be added to = libcluster.so I believe load-leveling is part of SSI, not CI. Did she mis-speak? libcluster.so is not SSI specific (it is part of CI, which can be the basis for loosely coupled clusters as well as SSI clusters). rcSSI is more SSI specific, bringing nodes into the cluster as they boot.
