I'm sure I've seen something about this bug before, but using the kernel from current OpenSSI CVS: # mount -o ro LABEL=/crud /crud # ls -l /crud/console crw------- 1 root root 5, 1 2007-05-08 18:19 /crud/console # echo "boo" > /crud/console boo # umount /crud # mount -o ro,chard LABEL=/crud /crud # echo "boo" >/crud/console /crud/console: Permission denied (Odd, I'm pretty sure I've seen EROFS (write to read-only filesysem), but all my tests are showing EACCESS (Permission denied) now. Roger, didn't I see you fixing a bug like this? |
