Category: Booting / init Group: None Status: Open >Resolution: Accepted Priority: 9 Submitted By: lmc (catucci) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: mkinitrd broken by disfunction in readlink -f Initial Comment: OpenSSI version 1.9.1 for debian sarge: on first install all goes well. After the cluster is up and running, I have had to resort to manually editing the ramdisk to install a different kernel. The attached patch works around the breakage, and lets you get a working ramdisk. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Brian J. Watson (bjbrew) Date: 2005-07-11 20:22 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=16302 Your patch looks okay to me. Can you send it to ssi...@li... to get feedback from others? After that, somebody can commit it to the repository.
