[SSI-devel] crash during pproc_remove_process()

I hit a panic when I was trying to kill a ltp process when it was
migrating.

Attached is the stack trace. It also includes the contents of the vproc
structure which seems to be not set completely at the time when
pproc_remove_process was called.
