Would it be possible to add the function to send
notices to a single server or a group of servers using
Global e.g.:
/msg Global notice server Lausanne.CH.EU.GamesNET.net
Notice goes here.
which would send a notice to all users on this server
or by using a mask like
/msg Global notice server *.EU.GamesNET.net Notice goes
here.
which would send a notice to all servers matching the
mask. If i remember correctly this is allready
implemented in the ircd so you may send notices this
way as an oper but i guess using Global would be much
easier and less confusing for users because they know
Global but maybe not the name of some opers.

Very useful if you're planning maintainence on THAT specific
server, and need to inform them to reconnect to another
    server I guess.

Opers can /notice $*.uk.example.net I fart in your general
    direction
I don't see much point in duplicating that functionality in
    srvx.
