Running Debian unstable; Apache 1.3.26; PHP4 4.2.2-2; SM 1.2.7; postfix
1.1.11. HW is a P3-550; 256M RAM.
I notice that when I compose a new message, and then hit send, nothing
happens for like 30-60 seconds. Mail server log shows no activity - no
connections to accept mail to be sent out.
I see on the SpeedingUpPHP page
(http://www.squirrelmail.org/wiki/SpeedingUpPHP), that it says to not use
PHP-CGI, and to use the web server module instead. Fine, but how do I go
about doing this?
It's only the send that's slow; reading/deleting/etc is good and snappy.
