This is the second post today about the problems I am facing with the
AddressBook handling in 1.2.10. First, a user was not able to edit
an entry in the addressbook. The error was:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in \
on line 268
# I've split the line for readability. This addressbook was from
1.2.7. I hope there is no incompatibility, because the files I am
dealing with are actually from the 1.2.7 installation. When I
upgraded, I just moved the directories over.
Secondly, while still at this, I tried to delete an entry from
the addressbook and got the error:
ERROR: Addressbook is read-only
Third, I am not able to add a new address! I put in the fields quite
correctly and when I click on add address, I end up with the error:
ERROR: Name is missing
Now, the data directory is a typical directory, mode 0755 and the
files in there are owned by www:www
Does someone have any clue why this is happening? I have googled
and even looked at the FAQ but there doesn't seem to be a precise
mention of these two.
