I know it might sound dumb if you've already done this but:
Go into the options menu, select filters and add a new filter with subject
set to [SPAM]? Submit the filter and save the list of filters.
I've just done this myself and it successfully moves emails marked with this
to the nominated folder.
Another alternative is to filter at the mail server (if you have access to
it) and save a bit of time at login.
