I am in need of a few testers for my newest virus scan plugin, here are
the new features.
* Faster Scanning engine written in perl (a mere 36 lines of code)
* Uses the clamav databases (http://clamav.sourceforge.net) which
access to 20K signatures (not distributed with plugin)
* Ability to add an extension of *.* to scan everything
* A few small fixes
* French translation (untested as of yet)
What I am in real need of is suggestions and any error messages it may
throw up because the permissions are set correctly, ect...
If anyone has a system with quite a few users on it, I am also looking for
stats on any increase in server load, ect...
Please read the README file inorder to see the proper way to set it up
(any suggestions on better ways to set it up would be good too.)
Attached is the newest version, this is not a formal release, only a beta,
I am actually running it on my production system, but it should still be
considered unstable as of yet.
