in the process of using Calendar for SquirrelMail 1.4.1, I have done some
enhancements and bugfixes to the code.
- In the Month and Day view, clicking on an event sends you to the
event editor, enabling you to quickly view all details of the event.
- In the Day view, clicking on one hour sends you to the add-event for
that hour, making event addition faster.
- In the Month view, I color weekends in the same color as day names, to
make them stand out a little from weekdays.
- the character substitution was broken, at least for me, so that if you
added a & to a message field, the number of & would forever increase as
each was translated into & then &amp; etc. Other bugs were
with the treatment of line breaks and <>. I fixed the character
If there is interest, I can send you the updated scripts, so that you can
try them, or I can give someone of the main developers an account where
they can try my modified version. Again if there is interest, I can also
port these enhancements and bugfixes to the latest version of squirrelmail
and email you the new files (or the diffs, as you prefer).
